In such cases, clients will be informed promptly, and new schedules will be agreed upon mutually.

While we guarantee high-quality work and reliable services, SGLTC shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Our liability is limited to the scope defined in the service contract or agreement.

SGLTC values client confidentiality and ensures that all project data, communications, and documentation are handled with discretion and security.
No information shall be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All company materials, including logos, designs, documents, and content on our platforms, are the intellectual property of Sabrie General Logistics & Trading Company and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if necessary, through the relevant Somali legal framework.
